– I chose USA Contiguous Equidistant Conic, because distance is preserved.

– DBF/Dbase file – the file where all the tabular data is stored
– Select by Attributes – selecting values within the table by particular attributes
– Query – a search for attributes of a particular value or within a particular set of parameters
– Fields (in a Table) – categories in the table, default columns
– Records (in a Table) – values in the table, default rows
– Attributes – any given cell or series of cells within a table
– Relational Database – a database that has one set of data linked to another set of data in another database
– Join function – bringing together two sets of data via a common field
